Three Points Core Support & Services Pty Ltd is currently seekingCasual Support Workers (Male & Female)to join our growing team inTownsville, Queensland.
These roles involve providingin-home support serviceswithin the aged and disability care sectors.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for these positions.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
Providing personalised, high-quality support to clients, including:
Assistance with daily living activities
Personal care
Community access and social engagement
Advocating for clients' rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Following all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to implement individualised support plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Actively participating in training and professional development




AWorking with Vulnerable People Checkmust be obtained within30 days of commencement.
What We're Looking For
Minimum1 year experiencein aged care and/or disability support (essential)
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in aged and disability care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
First Aid & CPR certification(must be held prior to commencement if not current)
Validdriver's licenceand reliable transport
RelevantCertificate III qualification(desirable but not essential)
