About the Role
A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic Fire Equipment/ Extinguisher Technician with a 'can-do' attitude to join our Sydney team, based in Homebush West.
This is a full-time position offering the successful candidate career progression opportunities with one of the leading Fire Protection Companies in Australia.
Working in a strong team environment, your solid work ethic and high degree of customer satisfaction will see you well rewarded with attractive EBA conditions, standard40-hour week (Monday to Friday)with RDO, andovertime rates for any extra hours,



as a well as a tool of trade commercial vehicle to enable you to perform your duties.
Your primary duties will include:
Testing and repairs of fire protection equipment to Australian Standards including but not limited to fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire blankets.
Liaising with customers, fostering a courteous and professional business relationship.
Ensuring compliance to Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
Fire Equipment product sales across a diverse range of industries.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will need to have:
Fire industry experience.
Current Driver's Licence.
Robust focus and commitment to workplace safety.
Excellent customer service and time management.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good personal presentation.
Willingness to multi-skill into other areas of fire protection.
