We are looking for an Architectural Graduate with 3–5 years of skilled experience to join our respected Neutral Bay practice.
Working across high-end residential projects, you will contribute to every stage of project delivery, applying your ArchiCAD expertise and attention to detail within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Applicants must hold permanent working rights in Australia and be available to work full-time from our Neutral Bay studio.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Measure up and photograph existing buildings for alterations and additions
Prepare sketch designs, elevations and 3D modelling for DA submissions
Prepare contract documentation drawings for tender and construction certificates
Attend client, consultant and council meetings as required
Assist in the organisation and coordination of consultants as required
Assist in preparing contracts for execution by clients and builders
Assist in the administration of contracts in a timely and co-coordinated manner and within the agreed fee structure of each project




Work with directors and senior staff as assigned to you for projects
Skills and experience
3-5 years post-graduate experience in high-end residential architecture
Proficiency in ArchiCAD Version 25 or later preferred
An understanding of the various stages of a project
Excellent design and documentation skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in undertaking detailed measure-ups
