Your Role
Join Vinnies ascasual Shop Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging store experience for customers, people we assist, volunteers and team members alike.
You'll support the day-to-day running of the store, help achieve financial and stock targets and ensure the shop floor looks great, while always keeping people and purpose front of mind.
Your Responsibility
Deliver friendly, respectful and customer-focused service every day
Assist with stock control, pricing, merchandising and rotation to keep the store fresh and appealing
Support welfare clients professionally and confidentially, ensuring all vouchers and paperwork are handled correctly
Help maintain stock levels, quality standards and seasonal displays
Contribute to meeting store budgets and financial targets
Encourage volunteers to engage with customers and provide great service
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Support a safe, compliant and welcoming workplace by following WHS, risk and Society policies
You Will Need
Experience in retail or customer service, with a strong customer-first mindset
Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
Confidence working with stock,



displays and financial targets
Flexibility to work weekends and extended trading hours
A collaborative approach and willingness to support team and volunteer success
