What you will do
Leading and supporting a small production team on the floor. Building and assembling premium garage doors.
Using hand and power tools safely and accurately. Operating machinery and equipment as required
Monitoring product quality and adherence to safety standards. Training and guiding team members to improve capability and performance
Helping in the warehouse with loading and unloading materials

What we require
We’re looking for a natural leader who leads by example and thrives in a team-based manufacturing setting.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety. Confident using hand and power tools
Positive communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
