This hands-on role is not a traditional HSE position; leaders remain accountable while you coach them to achieve protected, compliant outcomes.
You’ll identify risks, conduct audits, support investigations and continuously improve safety systems, with Queensland WHS and Mining & Quarrying legislation guiding decisions and actions.
