About the Role

As part of our Service Support Team, you will:
Work collaboratively across all studios within the service
Provide high-quality care, supervision, and support to children, families, and fellow educators
Ensure compliance with all relevant state legislation and National Quality Framework (NQF) standards
Assist in delivering engaging programs aligned with approved learning frameworks and children’s interests
Maintain consistently high standards across all aspects of care and presentation
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community
Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and team-focused environment
Enjoy working in a well-resourced centre with large, natural learning spaces

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma of Children’s Services or Certificate III in early childhood
Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
Up-to-date training in Child Protection, Food Safety, Secure Sleep, and Emergency Response
A solid understanding of creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
A willingness to embrace and work within The Curiosity Approach
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A professional, positive attitude
A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
