About the role
We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team at our Newcastle Recycling Facility in Mayfield West.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the efficient processing and movement of recyclable materials.




Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment, with primary focus on front-end loaderoperations
Perform daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operational
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
What we're looking for
Proven experience operating front-end loaders in a waste management or similar environment.
Solid understanding of waste management, resource recovery operations, and materials processing.
Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
Relevant operator tickets and licences.
