About the Role
You will provide high-quality support to aged care participants in the community, assisting them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Community access
Dementia support
Social support
Medication assistance (where applicable)
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Minimum 12 months' experience supporting aged care participants
Experience working with participants living with dementia
Fluent spoken and written English
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Current Australian Driver Licence
Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
