We are hiring:
• Sales & Account Management Position
• Full-time - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Position Overview
The Sales & Account Management Position will be the key point of contact for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
This role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining service excellence that reflects the Adelia Fine Foods brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Service
Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale and retail customers.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints and service issues in a qualified, solution-focused manner.
Sales Support & Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.




Work closely with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in inventory / CRM system.
Support the onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth handover from sales leads.
Administration & Coordination
Prepare sales reports and account summaries as required.
Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure order accuracy and timelines.
Monitor stock availability and communicate potential supply issues proactively.
Assist in coordinating product samples and promotional materials to customers.
Logistics
· Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, transport bookings for trucking and shipment
· Facilitate the processing of dispatch requests
· Coordinate with transport company on pick-up and loading requirements of customers
· Prepare and disseminate all documents required to ship goods on-behalf of Adelia Fine Foods and its customers
· Ensure that dispatch tasks are completed on-time and within customers agreed timeframes
· Track dispatch shipments
· Provide resolutions to issues at loading, unloading, and transport phases
· Liaise with customers on all queries regarding production, freighting,



and document requests
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management (food industry preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
