SD Autobody, part of Sime Motors Australia, specialises in restoring high‑end cars to showroom perfection. We’re now inviting a warm, confident, and service‑driven Customer Service Officer to become the face of our premium, rapid‑paced workshop.

This role is ideal for someone who takes shares the same passion as us about automobiles and delivering exceptional customer experiences—every interaction, every time.

The Experience You’ll Create

As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and partners, setting the tone for a seamless and elevated repair journey. With professionalism and attention to detail, you’ll ensure every guest feels informed and supported.

What You’ll Do
Assist clients and respond to queries with confidence and professionalism—both in person and over the phone
Liaise closely with insurance providers to coordinate claims, approvals, and repair progress
Use insurer platforms and iBody software to track repairs and manage updates
Process invoices accurately and ensure smooth, timely billing
Keep clients informed throughout the repair journey,



managing expectations with transparency and care
Assist in resolving concerns or complaints with discretion and a solutions-focused approach
Maintain precise records of client interactions, documentation, and transactions

About You
Proven customer service experience (automotive or insurance experience essential)
A natural communicator with solid organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using digital systems, with a sharp eye for detail
Calm, skilled, and positive—even in a fast‑moving setting
Genuinely passionate about delivering thoughtful, high‑end service
