Known for our personalised service and commitment to quality, we continue to grow — and we're looking for an experienced Strata Manager to grow with us.
We're seeking a dedicated, proactive professional to manage a portfolio of 60 buildings and 600 lots (and growing).

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a growing portfolio of 60 buildings / 600+ lots
Reading, interpreting, and applying relevant strata legislation
Liaising with Owners Corporations, committees,
and contractors
Preparing agendas, minutes, and budgets for meetings
Convening and running AGMs, GMs, and Committee Meetings
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
Conducting site inspections and following up on action items
Handling general strata administration and correspondence
You'll be supported by a dedicated internal team who assist with:
Compliance
Insurance
Fire safety coordination
General administration
This means you can focus your time on managing your portfolio and delivering excellent service — without getting bogged down in background admin.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years' experience in Strata Management
Holds Class 2 Licence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Confident and professional in managing client relationships
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
