We are a well-established Sydney-based audio company providing professional audio solutions across live events, theatre, sports and installation.
We're looking for a highly organisedOffice Administratorto become an integral part of our team, supporting our day-to-day operations and helping deliver outstanding service to our clients.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the central point of contact for the office, providing administrative support across multiple departments.
This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support for the management team, including preparing invoices and purchase orders, crew scheduling, labour bookings, and assisting with staff travel and accommodation as required
Supporting the finance team with data entry and documentation, and maintaining company databases
Administration of the company motor vehicle fleet
Assisting with HR administration, onboarding and staff records, and payroll entry; support for payroll and other key departments during leave periods
Assist with preparation of WHS documentation including SWMS/JSA; organising staff training and inductions
Office duties including general enquiries, reception,
office supplies and facilities
Organising staff meetings and events, including minute taking, issuing staff invites and arranging external training for staff
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work and has a positive, can-do attitude.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an Office Administrator or Administration role (min 3years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with accounting or job management software (desirable but not essential)
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive work ethic and the willingness to learn current systems
Previous experience in the live entertainment industry, with an understanding of its operational complexities
Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll administration (desirable)
