What We Offer
$90,000 – $120,000 + Super(commensurate with experience & FT equivalent)
Flexible work arrangements– we pride ourselves on being flexible and family friendly,
we don't subscribe to the 9-5!

Car allowance or company vehicle + phone + laptop
Ongoingprofessional development & mentoring - $******* budget per year + 2 paid PD days

Whether that be weekly face to face supervision or a phone call when you need it, its up to you!
Diverse caseload mostly across NDIS - currently looking for someone interested in mental health and ideally have experience working in mental health.

Your Role
You'll work autonomously and as part of a supportive team, delivering Occupational Therapy services in home and community settings.
This includes:
ADL retraining and capacity building interventions
Goal setting and therapy planning
Report writing for NDIS (FCA/SIL/SDA, etc)
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Experience in community/NDIS settings is a bonus – but not essential
