We are looking for someone now to be part of the TOWNIE TEAM.
This is a very hands on role, requiring involvement in the day to day operations of the business.
You will be a leader of a ''family'' like crew, who prides themselves on building honest relationships with our guests, whilst producing a quality product served with a genuine smile.

You will work on rotating adaptable weekly roster across days, mids and nights




We are searchingfor someone who strives towards the following key expectations

Is a proactive team player and a has a strong solution focused work ethic
Has the experience, ability and knowledge to positively and supportively manage a team within an established multi-level pub environment
Strives for a detailed and high level of presentation across venue, product and team
Exceptional and engaging customer service of a high standard and the ability to train and develop potential.
Has an insight and familiarity with the local Newtown market and inner west community
Operational and reporting experience across Cashing Up, TAB, Keno and Gaming CCU
