The Candidate

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls, and taking messages
Formatting documents for quotes and reports
Efficiently managing and tracking all daily work orders
Coordinating daily schedules and job allocations for field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
Liaising with field technicians, clients,



and supervisors to provide job updates and manage scheduling changes
Monitoring job progress and ensuring work orders are completed accurately and on time
Processing invoices and preparing necessary accompanying documents (photo images, reports, quotes, etc.)
Providing backup support to our dedicated Admin Team
