Lead Educator (Full-Time)

Location: Manly West, Moreton Bay

Salary: $34.51 – $39.24 per hour

What You’ll Do
Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
Inspire and mentor educators within your room
Create a secure, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences

What You Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
Current Working with Children Check for QLD
Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
A collaborative and supportive leadership style
