As a Trade Sales team member at National Tiles, you'll work across both the trade warehouse and showroom, ensuring orders are accurately prepared, stock is well maintained, and trade customers receive prompt, qualified service. You'll assist with receiving and dispatching stock, picking customer orders, loading products safely, maintaining warehouse organisation, and providing knowledgeable product advice. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help support daily operations while building strong relationships with trade and retail customers.

The role
Provide 'Annoyingly Good' customer service to trade and retail customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade professionals and repeat customers.
Assist customers with selecting tiles, flooring, adhesives, grout and installation products.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to coordinate stock and customer collections.
Contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
