We are seeking for a Chef at Paripe Spanish Tapas Bar to perform a broad range of day-to-day duties. These will include:
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes according to menu guidelines
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in menu planning and development
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Skills and Requirements
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Annual Salary:
79,499 AUD (gross) + superannuation
This position may be available for employer sponsorship for suitable candidates.
