Renaissance Victoria Point is a retirement village set on 18 hectares of beautiful bushland in Redland City, QLD.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable casual coach driver to help our residents get out and about for shopping trips and social outings.

This role is about more than just driving — you’ll be an significant part of our community, helping residents feel protected, comfortable and welcome on every trip. This casual role will average approximately 20-25hrs per fortnight - the days of the week will vary.

What you’ll be doing:
Driving our 34-seat village coach for regular outings
Planning the schedule of trips
Helping residents on and off the bus safely
Creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere
Keeping the coach clean and reporting any issues
Following routes and schedules efficiently
Driving safely and following all road rules





What we’re looking for:
Valid HR heavy vehicle/commercial licence + Driver Authorisation
Secure driving record (experience preferred)
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
Patience and care when working with older people
Flexibility for occasional weekends/evenings
Reliable and team-focused

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a healthy capacity to be able to work well with other people including staff and clients.
