We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to maintain, service, and repair our modern fleet of waste management vehicles. Your Day-to-Day
Fleet Maintenance:
Perform scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs on a contemporary fleet of Heavy Rigid waste vehicles.
Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
Breakdown Support: Provide rapid-response repairs to minimize downtime and maintain collection routes.
Compliance: Complete service logs and safety checks while following environmental and workshop safety protocols.
What You Need
Qualifications: AUR31120 Trade Qualification (Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic) or equivalent.
Licence: Australian driver's licence; HR licence highly regarded.
Experience: Heavy transport or waste vehicle background with hydraulics and air brake expertise.
Clearance: Must pass police and pre-employment Drug & Alcohol checks.
