Happy Feet Swim School is a brand new, purpose-built learn to swim facility in North Parramatta. We are looking for enthusiastic Swim Teachers to join our growing team and help children build confidence, water safety skills and a lifelong love of swimming.

About the role

You will help children develop confidence and essential water safety skills by delivering fun, protected and engaging swimming lessons.

Responsibilities include:




Teaching children from infants through to school-aged swimmers
Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
Building relationships with students and families
Providing feedback and supporting student progression
Working collaboratively with our team

About you

We are looking for Swim Teachers who are:
Passionate about teaching children
Reliable, enthusiastic and positive
Confident communicating with children, parents and colleagues
Committed to delivering high-quality swimming lessons
Team-focused and skilled

Experience teaching infants and young children is highly regarded.

Essential requirements
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher qualification
Current CPR qualification
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Availability

Weekday, afternoon and weekend shifts are available. Weekend availability is highly regarded.
