We are looking for an exceptional Gaming Supervisor for our recent state-of-the-art Gaming Room and the recently renovated Red Lion Hotel.
We're looking for a genuine hospitality leader who takes ownership, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences every day, with the potential to grow with the business into our Gaming Manager
The ideal candidate will
Be highly customer-focused and thrive on creating memorable guest experiences.
Take pride in the venue and treat it as if it were their own.
Have exceptional attention to detail and maintain impeccable presentation and operational standards.
Be proactive, accountable and committed to continuous improvement.
Have solid knowledge of gaming operations,
compliance and responsible gambling requirements.
Be an excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with guests, team members and the wider leadership team.
Help drive our solid team culture
RSA and RSG.
RMLV and Approved Managers License beneficial
About the role
Full-time position – Tuesday to Saturday ideal, but day’s negotiable.
Supervise a modern, premium Gaming Room equipped with the latest games and technology.
Prospect to make a genuine impact by setting the standard and shaping the culture of our team, with potential growth for the right candidate.
