What will you be doing?
As our
Business Development Executive
, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the Ipswich area by:
Identifying and winning new business through
cold calling, networking, lead follow-up and relationship building
Developing and maintaining strong client partnerships through
regular meetings and targeted campaigns
Negotiating and securing business agreements
Working closely with the recruitment hub to maximize business opportunities you generate
Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.
What do you need to succeed?
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A robust ability to
generate new business sales
Passion, energy and a
"can do" attitude
Resilience, determination and a genuine desire to succeed
Proven experience in
recruitment sales
or business development
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Confidence in building trust and credibility with customers
Experience in
sales, recruitment, transport, driving or logistics
would be highly regarded, as we are ideally looking for someone who can make an immediate impact. However, just as important is a
