International Bank - Corporate Banking Junior Dealer
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for treasury dealing activities across FX, Money Market and Fixed Income, while supporting derivatives, funding and liquidity management, treasury operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with internal business units to deliver treasury solutions and support the Bank's business objectives. The key responsibilities of the role include:
Execute FX, Money Market and Fixed Income transactions, and derivatives, within the Bank's risk appetite.
Support daily funding, liquidity management, and investment portfolio activities.
Process treasury transactions and ensure timely, accurate system input and post-trade processing.
Prepare treasury reports and support treasury systems to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
Monitor market and regulatory developments and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Review and enhance treasury procedures, controls, systems, and operational processes,



and support the implementation of new products and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal business units to provide treasury solutions and achieve departmental business objectives.
Perform effectively in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Department Head or Management
Assist with external and internal audits, finance-related projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Expectations, deliverables and other
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Australia based financial institution in a similar position is mandatory;
Should have a good understanding of treasury products, regional and international market dynamics;
Excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Sound knowledge of the industry best practices;
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Strong team work skills and multi-culture adaptation capability;
Minimum a Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance or relevant discipline;
Ability to deal and network successfully with various people within client, organizations and complex matrices, including top management staff
