We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our **** Graduate Program as a
Graduate Process Engineer and Graduate Chemical Engineer.
Real Work with Real Outcomes
– Starting in January ****, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands‐on program provides practical learning through hands‐on experience and meaningful work.
Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will participate in a structured development program offering comprehensive exposure to core engineering functions within our plant. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects that drive plant reliability, safety, and performance.
Key Areas of Exposure:
Dive deep into the realms of research and development.
Gain hands‐on experience in auditing our energy management system.
Engage in diverse and intriguing tasks across various chemical engineering areas.
Learn project management skills, leading and coordinating projects effectively.

A strong foundation in Process engineering principles

Eligibility Criteria:
A genuine passion for Chemical and Material Systems within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in ****).
Less than two years of full‐time, discipline‐specific work experience.
