About the Role:
As
Store Manager & Lead Barista
, you are the point of contact for the team and will be at the forefront of
daily operations
,



leading and inspiring our team to delivering
exceptional customer service
. You'll lead by example, creating a
positive and energetic workplace
, while ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Confident on the coffee machine,
delivering great coffee in a fast paced workplace.
Lead and manage a
talented team
, delivering outstanding customer experiences every time.
Oversee the
day-to-day operations
of the venue, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Work closely with the
owner
to set and achieve business goals.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement
solutions
.
Maintain high standards of
organisation
and
presentation
across the venue.
This is a
hands-on role
– Industry experience is a must & Barista experience is highly suggested.
