About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a security team securing an iconic large retail shopping centre in Erina on the Central Coast. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and secure environment for centre staff and visitors while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of security duties including patrols, incident response and customer service.
Positions available:
Full-time and Part-time
Award Level: Level 2 and penalty rates
Shifts:
Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities




Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
Provide a professional and approachable security presence
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
Adhere to all site and company security protocols
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual work history
