About the Role
This role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities.
You'll be making outbound calls, introducing a professional offering, and booking meetings for our senior team. Success in this role comes down to your ability to engage, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide conversations.
This is not a scripted or high-pressure call centre role.



We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and communicate naturally.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to professionals and business owners
Introduce services and identify potential opportunities
Qualify prospects and book meetings
Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
Work with the team to refine messaging and approach
About You
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
Comfortable working towards targets
