The role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our Cairns clinic full-time. This is a great opportunity to kickstart a career in allied health: you’ll be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, provide practical administration experience, and have a explicit pathway to long-term development.

Key responsibilities
Welcome and support clients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
Book and manage appointments and clinical diaries efficiently
Process payments and insurance claims accurately
Manage client records, correspondence and clinic systems
Provide administrative and client support to clinical staff




Proactively contact clients to assist with scheduling and follow-up
Respond to enquiries with empathy and clear communication
Maintain a calm, clean, organised and qualified reception area
Uphold clinic policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements

About you
Helpful, positive attitude with a desire to build strong client rapport
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Clear, qualified verbal and written communication
Comfortable working in a structured, busy setting and confident with computers (Microsoft Office)
Dependable team player who takes initiative and brings energy
