We’re looking for a Fleet Allocator / Driver Liaison to join the team at our Park Ridge depot. This is a Monday–Friday, office-based role with a 9:00 AM start, ideal for someone who likes structure and a steady workflow.
You’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our drivers, customers, and operations team — helping keep schedules on track and communication explicit.
What the role involves
Allocating trucks and drivers to scheduled work
Staying in touch with drivers throughout the day
Tracking progress and keeping deliveries on schedule
Updating customers or internal teams when plans change
Keeping records accurate and information up to date
Supporting the operations team with general coordination
This is a cooperative role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and keeping the moving parts of a transport operation running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
Experience in transport, logistics, or a similar coordination role
Strong organisational skills and a calm, steady approach
Clear communication — confident speaking with drivers and customers
Ability to stay composed when things get busy
Comfortable using transport systems and Microsoft Office
