Your role

As a Physiotherapist with integratedliving, you’ll deliver high-quality, in-home services through the Support at Home Program, helping clients achieve the goals that matter most to them.

You will:
Assess and plan care via telehealth or face-to-face visits
Support clients with rehabilitation, mobility, strength, balance and independence
Work with complex and rewarding cases that genuinely change lives




Manage your own schedule with flexibility and trust
Primarily provide 1:1 care, with opportunities to contribute to group wellness programs

Who We’re Looking For

A Physiotherapist who brings heart, skill, and curiosity.
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
Passionate about person-centred care
Solid communicator who can motivate and empower clients
Comfortable working independently with team support
Holds a Police Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Driver’s Licence
A proactive learner who values growth and innovation
