Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort in Queensland seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to join our on-island kitchen team. Supporting the Head Chef, you will contribute to high-quality guest dining, food preparation, stock control and staff supervision in a remote setting.

The role is salaried with a fly-in/fly-out roster: ten days on the island followed by four days off. In office staff accommodation is provided, and candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test.
