With the Wellington Civil Construction sector set for a massive 2026, we're on the hunt for experienced Machine Operators to join the ever-growing list of projects across the region. The right candidate will have the ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery, including loaders, dump trucks, bull bulldozels and/ or excavators for precision work, be able to jump on a shovel when required and carry out the rolesafely and efficiently.
What we're looking for:
Previous Experience in Construction or Civil
Experience operating heavy machinery i.e. Excavators, bulldozers, rollers, dump trucks etc
Full Clean Class 1 and 2 licence with WTR (4 would be advantageous)
Robust work ethic with valuable communication skills
Competent with Health and Safety procedures

Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
Respect the equipment and take pride in preventive maintenance.
Have a positive attitude and promote a healthy team environment
High personal standards and presentation of work
Drug-free (Pre-employment, reasonable cause, post-incident and random drug testing).
