We seek a motivated and reliable person to join our growing Precast team as a
Precast Concrete Trade Assistant / Trainee
based at our Milbrae Precast Facility in Griffith (NSW). This is a great opportunity to develop valuable trade skills while working on a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial construction projects, learning from experienced tradespeople using modern equipment and industry-leading techniques.

Experience in construction, manufacturing or a trade environment

What you'll be doing:




You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of precast concrete manufacturing and installation while developing practical skills in structural construction, formwork, reinforcement installation, lifting operations and project coordination, including:
Manufacturing and installing architectural and structural precast concrete products
Concrete placement, finishing and quality control activities
Constructing concrete formwork and installing steel reinforcement
Reading plans and interpreting shop drawings
Assisting with crane, lifting and installation operations
Producing custom architectural concrete products, including furniture, benchtops, and bespoke pieces
Skills and experience you'll gain:
Hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing and installation
Exposure to major commercial and architectural construction projects
Opportunities to develop specialised skills in lifting operations, construction and project delivery
