Breakfree on Broadway is entering an exciting new chapter. Our 47-room property is being reimagined and reborn as SoCo Broadway — a premium hybrid hotel built for the current generation traveller, blending the energy of a boutique lifestyle stay with the comfort and reliability of a full-service hotel. We're looking for a Hotel Manager who wants to do more than manage a property — we want someone to help shape one.
About the Role
As Hotel Manager, you'll take the lead on day-to-day operations while playing a hands‐on role in the SoCo Broadway conversion project — from guest experience and team culture to brand rollout and positioning. This is a rare chance to put your own stamp on a hotel from the ground up.
Oversee all hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Lead, motivate, and build a team that reflects the new SoCo Broadway energy
Play a key role in the hotel's rebrand and conversion, working closely with ownership on rolloutive experience — setting a new standard for a hybrid-style, next-gen stay
Manage budgets, rosters, compliance, and day-to-day commercial performance
Bring fresh ideas to positioning, presentation,



and guest engagement as the brand evolves
Who We're Looking For
This role is for someone with energy to spare and a genuinely creative streak — someone who's a little groovy, isn't afraid to do things differently, and thrives on bringing a bold new concept to life.
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management
Creative, energetic, and a natural leader — someone who brings ideas, not just execution
Comfortable driving change and leading a team through a period of transformation
Strong commercial and operational know-how across a full‐service property
Genuinely excited by the idea of building a brand-new hotel identity, not just running an existing one
