Gardenline International Pty Ltd is seeking an
Export Logistics & Customer Service officer
to join our growing team based in Blacktown, NSW.
Role Description:
Work with international account managers
Receive Customer orders for new shipments.
Crosscheck and enter orders into the ERP system
Create proforma Invoices to customers for sign off/Acceptance.
Communicate directly with China factories to confirm manufacturing and delivery times also identify any quality or claim issues
Work with freight forwarders to ensure shipping is booked and shipped in a timely manner.
Prepare Shipping documentation for export shipments fromChina to worldwide destinations.




Provide ongoing communication with international customers regarding shipping times and any changes/variations to the initial order placed.
Ongoing Customer Service support for customers and other Company Departments as required.
Maintain Master shipping Data base to monitor and track all shipments ongoing.
Office based role
Role Requirements: -
Experience in International Shipping
English speaking at strong level
Experience in Customer Service
Solid Word and Excel abilities essential.
ERP Experience
Ability to work under pressure at peak times
Ability to work autonomously as required.
