Talent Web Property is exclusively partnering with a well-capitalised property owner and investor to appoint an accomplished Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a national portfolio of retail and office assets.

Working closely with senior leadership across Australia and Singapore, you'll have broad exposure spanning asset management, investment, leasing, development and capital deployment. You'll assume end-to-end responsibility for a diverse commercial property portfolio, driving both operational performance and strategic initiatives across the asset lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing asset strategies that maximise NOI, capital value and long-term investment performance.
Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives, repositioning opportunities and active asset management strategies.
Leading leasing initiatives, negotiating commercial outcomes and optimising tenant mix.
Preparing and managing operating and capital budgets together with forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio reporting.
Building sophisticated financial models including DCF, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
Supporting acquisitions, divestments and investment committee submissions.




Managing capital works and development initiatives from feasibility through to delivery.
Partnering with external property managers, leasing agents, consultants and contractors to ensure best-in-class asset performance.
Preparing board-quality reports and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
We're seeking an exceptional commercial property professional who combines robust financial capability with proven experience delivering asset performance.
You'll ideally possess:
6-10 years' experience in commercial asset management, property investment or institutional valuation.
Experience managing retail and/or office assets within an institutional owner, fund manager, REIT or major private developer.
Advanced financial modelling capability with strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrated experience delivering leasing outcomes and value creation initiatives.
Exposure to acquisitions, development, repositioning or capital projects.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior executives, investors and external stakeholders.
A degree in Property, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
This position offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional asset management role. You'll work across strategy, investment, leasing and development while partnering directly with experienced industry leaders on major portfolio initiatives.
