Living Property Management is a well-established, boutique Property Management agency with a trusted presence across Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast for over 20 years. We manage a diverse portfolio spanning fully furnished inner-city apartments to spacious suburban family homes — and we're growing.
We're looking for a skilled Property Manager to join one of our dedicated POD teams at our Springfield Lakes office in the Western Suburbs.
About the Role
You'll work within a high-performing team responsible for managing a POD of approx. 300 properties. The POD model means you're never working alone — you'll be supported by:
Dedicated Property Manager (your co-PM within the POD)
Dedicated Leasing Consultant handling all leasing requirements
Virtual Assistant Administration Support
Broader Senior support team across the company and company-wide resources
This structure allows you to focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants without being stretched thin. You'll work closely with a hands‐on Managing Director who is invested in your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Co-manage a POD portfolio of approx. 300 properties alongside your dedicated Property Manager
Partner with your in-POD Leasing Consultant for all leasing, listing, and tenancy placement requirements




Draw on dedicated Senior Administration Support whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, and tradespeople
Manage rental arrears, maintenance coordination, and all tenancy lifecycle tasks
Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, tenancy finalisations
Prepare documents and attend QCAT if required
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail across all tasks
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager
Current QLD Real Estate Licence and driver's licence
Experience in POD or portfolio-style property management (essential)
Comprehensive knowledge of QLD property management legislation
Proficiency in Property ME, IRE, Inspection Express, and Realworks
Strong communicator with a client‐first mindset
Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio efficiently and professionally
