Our Client is a Scaffolding Storage and Distribution company who are looking for Skilled Yard Labourers to join their tight team based in Emu Plains for an ASAP start
Refurbishing, picking and building scaffolding- your duties will include but not be limited to;
Sanding and Grinding Heavy Steel
Work closely with Production Engineers and production personnel in developing and improving production processes.
Painting
Drilling holes
Using Power Tools
Heavy repetitive lifting
Must be capable of heavy lifting due to the physical demands of the role
Reading Plans and Joints
Applying stickers
Following work order paperwork
Using Stanley knifes to cut gaskets if required
Attention to detail a must
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Skilled Factory experience with demonstrated experience in production/manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years factory work experience in any production environment required
Minimum 2-3 years of factory/production experience required
Attention to detail and exceptional level of concentration
Some experience with power tools is essential for this position
Basic familiarity with power tools required for this position




TIG / MIG and ARC welding experience (desired)
Trade Qualified Carpenters will be considered and Pay rate will vary depending
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
This is a day shift position with the hours 6-2pm
