Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking an experiencedTransport Allocatorfor an ongoing opportunity based inErskine Park.
This is a full-time, 5 days per week role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
What's on Offer:
$45 per hour + super
Ongoing, full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
Temp to perm opportunity
Supportive and fast-paced transport environment
Key Responsibilities:
Allocating daily runs to drivers efficiently and effectively
Coordinating and scheduling deliveries across metro and regional routes
Liaising with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Monitoring fleet movements and responding to delays or issues




Communicating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining accurate records and transport documentation
About You:
Previous experience in transport allocation, scheduling or fleet coordination
Robust communication skills and ability to manage driver relationships
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Sound knowledge of transport compliance and fatigue management (preferred)
