We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to join the team at Windsor Toyota.
In this full time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Based in our Windsor, NSW location, this role is a crucial point of contact for our customers as they bring their vehicles in for servicing and maintenance.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Efficiently processing customer service requests and bookings
Liaising with the service team to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner
Providing customers with transparent updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
Operating the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate department
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
Completing general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar customer service or reception role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities




Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software
A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
Knowledge of the automotive industry or a genuine interest in cars would be highly regarded
