What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look the same, but you might find yourself:
Meeting with employers to discuss workforce needs
Helping future apprentices discover career pathways
Visiting schools and speaking with students about exciting opportunities
Attending career expos, networking events and community activities
Building relationships with local businesses, training organisations and support services
Guiding apprentices and employers through the sign-up process
Promoting apprenticeships and traineeships across the Riverina region




Following up opportunities and turning conversations into outcomes
Supporting apprentices throughout their journey to completion
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Loves talking to people and building relationships
Thrives in a target‐driven environment
Enjoys getting out from behind the desk
Has experience in sales, business development, education, training or community engagement
Can confidently engage with employers, schools and community stakeholders
Is organised, proactive and self‐motivated
Wants a career with purpose, not just a job
Experience in the VET, apprenticeship or employment services sectors is highly regarded, but attitude and passion are just as significant.
