Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a talented Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at RIB Force Inflatables' in Coomera, Queensland. This is a full-time role and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the servicing and repairs of Mercury outboard motors for our clients

Interpret and process spare parts orders for Mercury outboard motors

Liaise with clients to understand their service and parts requirements

Maintain detailed records of service history and parts inventory

Provide technical support and advice to clients on the operation and maintenance of Mercury outboard motors

Assist with the preparation and delivery of client boats

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar service coordinator or parts interpretation role, ideally within the marine industry





Strong technical knowledge of Mercury outboard motors and their components

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Solid organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Relevant qualifications or certifications in marine mechanics or a related field would be highly regarded
