Your Role:




Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations
Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
Achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets
Ensure robust store presentation and visual merchandising
Identify opportunities to drive sales and growth

About You:
Minimum 1 year retail management experience
Experience leading a small team (2+)
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Analytical, commercially aware, and results-driven
Passion for fashion and personal presentation
