Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an Admissions Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for people entering our facilities in Rivervale, WA. This full time maternity leave cover runs for 12 months, Monday to Friday.
You will provide high-quality customer service, support the Residential Admissions Team, collect pre-admission documents, and coordinate with Facility Managers to assess potential residents.
