Coordinate weekly supplier payment runs.
Manage bank, credit card and intercompany reconciliations, maintaining accurate general ledger records.
Assist with fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalisation, disposals, depreciation, and maintenance of the fixed asset register.
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including journals, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Support BAS, IAS, PAYG and other statutory compliance requirements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Assist with preparation of reporting packs and supporting documentation for management, auditors and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and internal controls.




Provide support across the finance function and assist with key accounting responsibilities as required.
About You
You are a detail-oriented finance qualified who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of your work.
You will bring:
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, and/ or working toward CPA/ CA qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar accounting support role
Experience with Xero is essential
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
