Compass Education is seeking a Head of Compliance to build and scale a structured compliance function in a high‑growth SaaS setting. Reporting to the CFO, you will own enterprise risk, information security (ISO 27001), and regulatory compliance across Australia, the UK and Ireland, partnering with Product, Engineering and Legal to embed risk‑based controls.

You’ll oversee audits, third‑party onboarding, and ongoing assurance programs, while expanding our compliance capabilities as we grow.
