We have an outstanding opportunity for a Civil Site Foreman to undertake a series of road & civil infrastructure projects in the Sunshine Coast region.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, leading continuous improvement efforts in line with the project program.
Effectively manage resources and implement best practices on-site.
Demonstrate robust leadership and the ability to solve problems with deductive reasoning and analytical thinking.
Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities while ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

About You
Sunshine Civil Solutions is a values-driven company that appreciates and promotes resilience, ambition and personal growth, In order to succeed in this role you will require;
Min 10 years civil construction experience (roads, drainage, concrete, earthworks, etc)
Site and people management expertise
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management
