The Role
Based in Brisbane, you’ll assist experienced Geotechnical Drillers and work closely with field engineers across the region. This role suits those starting out, changing careers or experienced workers seeking secure, local work without FIFO travel. We offer hands-on training and mentoring to help you succeed, with a robust focus on safety awareness at all times.

Strong safety awareness and knowledge of workplace health and safety
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Reliable, flexible team player
Comfortable working outdoors and available for wide-ranging shifts
Previous drilling, soil testing, earthworks or related industry experience is beneficial,
